APPLICATION
FOR PASSPORT BY MAIL (Form DS-82)
The
Passport Fee was just increased to $75. Please
download the new form here: http://www.travel.state.gov/passport/forms/ds82/ds82_843.html
Fillable
versions of the DS-11
(for first-time passports), and DS-5504
(for reapplications) are now also available.
NEW
PASSPORT RULES: Please note that in 2008 there are
new rules being implemented for U.S. citizens
traveling to or from the United States via land, sea,
and air regardless of destination (including Canada
and Mexico).
We
recommend you check
here
for the latest rules. There is also a new limited-use passport
card
that can be used for land and sea travel only from
Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda if you don't
want to get a traditional passport.
